Kampong Pintu Malim (Malay: Kampung Pintu Malim) or simply Pintu Malim, is a village in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. It is also a neighbourhood in the country's capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The population was 319 persons in 2016. It is one of the villages within Mukim Kota Batu. The postcode is BD1317.

Economy

Located not far from the Kampong Pintu Malim Mosque, Cafe De Hayat is a notable café to the surrounding residents. It looks like any other ordinary house with the only difference being that the veranda is neatly arranged with chairs and tables, just like a restaurant. With signature food Soto PABO, the cafe is owned by Pengiran Abu Bakar bin Pengiran Othman. The menus available at this cafe have received encouraging response from people who come not only from within the country but also from abroad. In addition, this cafe has also been a filming location for segments on food, published by several local television stations and also foreign countries such as Malaysia and Singapore which will introduce our country in the regional and international world.

Infrastructure

Pintu Malim Primary School is the village's government primary school. It also shares grounds with Pintu Malim Religious School, the village's government school for the country's Islamic religious primary education.

The village mosque is Kampong Pintu Malim Mosque; the construction began in 1995 and completed in 1997. It can accommodate 1,000 worshippers.

Pulau Ambok (Monkey Island) is a fortification where 1,000 Brunei Malay Warriors under the command of Pengiran Bendahara Sakam were trained in preparation for the Castilian War against the Spanish troops. In 1662, a civil war between Sultan Abdul Hakkul Mubin and Pengiran Bendahara Muhyiddin took place on Pulau Ambok.
