Dave Mullins is an American animator and co-founder of the Los Angeles-based animation studio ElectroLeague, best known for his computer-animated short film, Lou (2017), for which he received critical acclaim and was nominated for Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards. On January 23rd 2024, Mullins received his second nomination in that same category, with the short film WAR IS OVER! Inspired by the Music of John and Yoko (2023) at the 96th Academy Awards.
