Christopher George Charles Nevill, 6th Marquess of Abergavenny, (born 23 April 1955) is a British peer and current head of the House of Neville.
Life
Abergavenny is the only surviving son of the late Lord Rupert Nevill and his wife Lady Camilla Anne Evelyn Wallop. He was educated at Harrow.
In 1985, he married Venetia Jane Gerard. In 1990 they had twins, a boy and a girl, Lady Sophie, but she was the only one to survive and remains an only child. She is a musician who goes by the stage name of Sophie Trilby.
Before moving into the Ecuadorean Embassy in London, Julian Assange was living in a cottage on Abergavenny's estate in Kent.
He was made Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex in 2011.
